You are eligible to submit if you are a new or emerging writer. We ask that submitters have not yet published a novel-length work (or short story collection) at the time of submission.

At the end of the submission week, a winner will be chosen. The chosen entry of those submitted each week will be published on our site, along with a commentary about what we liked. Note: This may preclude it from being eligible to be published elsewhere.
